I'm so glad that the universe landed you here. I'm Jessica Sol, a multi-faceted mentor with 20 years of business ownership under my belt. I've mastered the art of the pivot and this is a place where I teach you to do the same.
My journey is a testament to the power of reinvention and I know I hold the key that so many women are looking for when it comes to shaping your life into a masterpiece.
A celebrated fashion photographer (in my younger years), top-charting podcast host, health coach and personal trainer turned mentor / life architect in 2015. My journey is a canvas of variety and success (can you tell that artful living is my vibe!?), but not without my fair share of challenges along the way.
Like most of us, I spent some time in my younger years navigating some twists and turns before I landed here in this place where I feel a sense of freedom and choice. I share this with you because what I teach and coach is based off a fierce commitment to my craft and a serious dose of life experience. The challenges I've faced invaluable teaching platforms.
I believe that every single experience is a gift, if we choose to look through the right lens.
In 2020 I chose to become an independent Mumma and walked the path towards a new level of healing that I had never experienced before. I was willing beyond any excuses to HEAL IN TOTALITY, to thrive and to become a new version of me. As this healing took place I became financially free and whilst raising my two children I was living almost beachfront on the Gold Coast, working from home, creating a divine vision (and reality) for my life and living in accordance with my values.
Then I found love. The deepest and most profound level of intimacy and respect I could have ever imagined. Together we have built foundations that support the wellbeing of our family and we are thriving. I have never been more grounded or happier than I am today.
I'm known for my fast and decisive move making, bold action and passionate commitment to my craft. I'm a brain biology nerd, a breath work maestro, and the mentor that will hold your hand, kick your butt and help you construct an asset-rich life and an unshakable inner strength.
I pride myself in mastering the balance and delicate art of life and work with the precision of a strategist and the heart of a creator. My clients, alongside me create clarity in vision, find purpose under rocks not yet upturned, we scale business, we create passive income, we build financial legacies.
The truth is.... I HAVE IT ALL, and I'll show you how to do the same.
