Three things I do at the end of each year 🤌🏼💡🚀🔐

1. Stocktake 🗒️ I take a deep dive into my business, my profits, my strategy, leads, sales, clients, wins, lessons and all in between. I spend at least half a day on this task. I schedule it into my diary like a work day. I review what occurred, what was celebrated, I become crystal clear (and radically honest with myself) around what this year truly looked and felt like.

2. I identify the vision 💎 for the year ahead. I create a diamond mindset and crystal clear clarity by mapping out what the year ahead is going to look like.

I re-write my mission statement from scratch and create a powerfully moving vision board (to learn this inside out join me inside of ERA starting January)

3. I identify the gaps 🔑 the ways in which it “could” be possible for me to fail or not achieve my goals.

I get very real with what might get in the way. It could be people in my life, environment, bad habits, low productivity, sloppy business practices, sleep ins, lack of discipline, incorrect strategy when it comes to marketing…. I find the gaps and then I get to work at closing this gaps 💨 FAST.

What I’m left with is a clear vision, minimal road blocks and a very large amount of ownership and personal power.
